Sky Garden is provided as-is. Like outdoor gardening, unexpected conditions can arise — the game may be down for maintenance, scores may occasionally not persist, and bugs may bloom uninvited.
We are not liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from your use of Sky Garden, including lost scores, interrupted sessions, or any other gardening mishap.
These Terms may be updated as Sky Garden grows. Revised versions will be dated and posted here. Continued play constitutes acceptance of whatever the current Terms say.
